We recommend a crate size 36x23x25. This is the size of crate we use for all our adult dogs.  It will be large for puppy stage but comes with a divider. It will be the perfect height at full grown. A dog crate should have enough room for dogs to stand, turn, and stretch out.

This is the brand of dog food the puppies are currently on. We recommend you at least start pups on the same brand and slowly transition to something  new.

We use pelletized bedding in a litter box to potty train the pups. The smell of the pellets tells them where to go.  I recommend every puppy family have a litter box and pellets ready at their new homes to transfer the potty training. This is great for the pups first 6 months as they can’t hold their potty through the night. At or around 6 months you move the box outside and transition them fully to outside.

No Link. This is the monthly all in one pill we give our adult dogs.  You need a vet’s prescription and then can order it online. It guards against heartworms, adult roundworms, adult hookworms, whipworms, and prevents the development of flea eggs.
Aussies are prone to having a gene called Multi Drug Resistance (MDR1). lt is safe practice to use this monthly heart worm pill as it doesn’t contain the danger drugs.
